Historically, lets mention that our founder, Mr. J. Arthur Marois, has begun its activities around 1949 as Real Estate Appraiser; twenty years prior to the constitution of the "Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec". In 1970, the firm was reincorporated under social denomination "J.A. Marois (1970) Inc.", afterwards, in 1980 under "Poisson, Bazinet & Associates" in 1997 under "Poisson, Prud'Homme & Associates" and finally since the well deserved retirement of Mr. André Poisson, under "Prud'Homme, Mercier & Associates".

Today, we continue to prepare objective, accurate and supportable valuation studies that meet the highest standards. We also provide consultation and testimony in numerous areas of expertise. We respond to social, economic and legislative changes with new and innovative services.
